Armadillo Nomenclature - Cards (red)

The term 'nomenclature' originates from the Latin word nomenclatura, which means 'assigning names.' Nomenclature enriches vocabulary, develops language skills, and enhances the understanding of concepts.

The Armadillo Nomenclature Cards are formatted in 3-part cards and include a blackline master. The 15 parts of the armadillo: armadillo, posterior pelvic shield, bands, anterior scapular shield, carapace, scute, tail, underbelly, hind legs, forelegs, claws, snout, eye, ears, and head.

Includes:

  • 15 cards with labels
  • 15 cards without labels
  • 15 labels
  • 1 blackline master

After the children have learned the individual parts, they can create their own booklet by coloring and labeling the blackline master.

Cards with labels are approx. 3¾" x 4", cards without labels are approx. 1" shorter.
