Vowel Sound Cards (wood-print) - Blue/Red

The purpose of sound cards used with the Montessori Moveable Alphabet is to help children learn to read, write, and spell by associating the sounds of letters with their written forms. This material enables children to manipulate letters, construct words, and practice spelling in a hands-on, tangible manner.

Each card has a 3-letter phonetic word and picture. Fill in the missing vowel sounds using the wooden Moveable Alphabet letters. Place the missing letter directly on top of the card.

Approximate letter sizes: "a" is 1⅜" and "f" is 1¾".
