In a Montessori setting, learning about food aims to foster a child's understanding of the world, develop practical life skills, and encourage healthy eating habits.

This set is a great addition to a unit on health and nutrition.

Identify, sort, and classify food from 6 food groups. Then, check the classification using the control chart.
