Peanut Plant Nomenclature - Cards

The term 'nomenclature' originates from the Latin word nomenclatura, which means 'assigning names.' Nomenclature enriches vocabulary, develops language skills, and enhances the understanding of concepts.

The Peanut Plant Nomenclature Cards are formatted in 3-part cards and include a blackline master. The 8 parts of a peanut plant: peanut plant, soil, roots, stem, leaves, flowers, pegs, and peanuts.

Includes:

  • 8 cards with labels
  • 1 blackline master

After the children have learned the individual parts, they can create their own booklet by coloring and labeling the blackline master.

Cards are approx. 6¾" x 4½". Print twice for 3-part cards.
