Peaceful Character

Montessori education focuses on peace education to cultivate both inner and outer peace. It teaches children to understand their emotions, resolve conflicts peacefully, and develop a strong sense of responsibility and respect for others and the environment.

This material will help young children understand how to become more peaceful and tolerant by learning about the 6 pillars of peaceful character (respect, caring, fairness, responsibility, trustworthiness, citizenship). This material is very open-ended and can be used with a variety of ages in various creative ways.
